Wellbeing Support for Individuals — Inclusive Practice for Organisations
Wellbeing Whizz
Abby Booth, MSc
I support individuals and organisations to create meaningful, sustainable change.
For individuals, this means understanding how your brain works — not fighting against it — and building practical strategies that support real life, not perfection. This includes specialist workplace coaching for Access to Work clients and supporting adults whose professional lives are impacted by executive function challenges. For organisations, it means creating inclusive, psychologically informed environments where neurodivergent people can genuinely thrive.
My work is neurodivergent-led, evidence-based and grounded in over a decade of experience across health, education and social care.

What's Happening at Wellbeing Whizz?
Weekly Update – Monday 10 August 2026
This week started a little differently, with some early morning admin followed by a trip to the National Space Centre! 🚀
Working during the summer holidays continues to involve plenty of juggling. As a working parent carer, I'm navigating client work, training and running a business alongside making sure there's still time for family and actually enjoying the summer break too.
On the Wellbeing Whizz side, this week includes delivering more Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training sessions, supporting clients through 1:1 sessions, and reaching the final week of the current Empower Autism cohort.
There's plenty happening behind the scenes too, so it's another mixed week of training, coaching, admin and summer holiday life – with a little bit of space exploration thrown in for good measure. 🚀

Coaching and 1:1 Support
I provide individual coaching as one-off sessions or as part of a longer-term self-development programme. I have particular experience supporting individuals whose professional lives are impacted by executive function challenges, and also offer specialist autism and ADHD coaching through Access to Work.
Training
I deliver bespoke workshops and specialist training for organisations and groups, both online and in person. This includes accredited Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (I am a lead facilitating trainer and provider to deliver Tier 1 part 2 and Tier 2) and tailored sessions on neurodivergence and inclusive practice.
Consultancy
As a behaviour change specialist, I support organisations to create psychologically informed, neuro-inclusive environments that improve wellbeing and performance.
Support can include strategic conversations, workplace audits, training sessions or a blended approach tailored to your organisation.
Funded and Commissioned Services
Alongside the services above, I also deliver as part of a range of funded and commissioned programmes. These often have specific eligibility criteria, but can provide access to support at no cost.
