Wellbeing Support for Individuals — Inclusive Practice for Organisations

Wellbeing Whizz

Abby Booth, MSc

I support individuals and organisations to create meaningful, sustainable change.

For individuals, this means understanding how your brain works — not fighting against it — and building practical strategies that support real life, not perfection. This includes specialist workplace coaching for Access to Work clients and supporting adults whose professional lives are impacted by executive function challenges. For organisations, it means creating inclusive, psychologically informed environments where neurodivergent people can genuinely thrive.

My work is neurodivergent-led, evidence-based and grounded in over a decade of experience across health, education and social care.

Wellbeing Support, Training and Consultancy — Delivered in Derby and Online

Wellbeing Whizz provides specialist 1:1 support for individuals aged 16+, with particular expertise in autism and ADHD. I support adults across all neurotypes to build sustainable wellbeing, strengthen executive function, manage stress and energy, and develop practical strategies that work in real life.

Alongside individual support, I deliver training, webinars and consultancy for businesses, organisations and local authorities. As a qualified Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (Tier 2) Lead Trainer, I deliver accredited training focused on learning disability and autism, alongside bespoke workshops tailored to the needs of teams and services.

I regularly work in partnership with other providers, charities and public sector organisations to deliver post-diagnostic support, group programmes and commissioned services. My consultancy work focuses on developing psychologically informed, inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.

Based in Derby, I deliver in-person services locally, alongside online training and consultancy nationally and internationally.
