Wellbeing Whizz provides Therapeutic Coaching for individuals, specialising in wellbeing and supporting neurodiverse adults. For businesses and organisations we also offer Online Webinars and Workshops, In House Training Sessions, and Wellbeing Consultancy in topics such as: physical and mental health and wellbeing, self-development and growth, and productivity and motivation. Wellbeing Whizz is based in Derby in the UK and offers in-house services across the UK and online services worldwide.

Within businesses and organizations, I  focus on creating a healthy work environment, improving team dynamics, reducing absences, and facilitating effective communication with colleagues and customers. I also specialise in working closely with neurodiverse individuals, and those who support them in the workplace.

Together, we can work on boosting self-esteem, managing stress and anxiety, making positive lifestyle choices, navigating uncertainty, making confident decisions, and fostering effective communication skills.

Coaching

I provide individual coaching either as a one-off session or as part of a longer term self-development programme. I have particular experience working with small business owners, and neurodiverse adults.

Not every one is able to make it to a physical location, which is why I am delighted to be able to deliver a variety of online webinars and workshops covering all things wellbeing.

As a qualified behaviour change practitioner with a background in psychology, I provide consultation on psychologically informed environments, neurodiversity, and behaviour change for improved wellbeing in the workplace.
