With a Master's Degree in Behaviour Change and a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years, I have honed my skills in working with individuals, groups, and organizations to facilitate positive transformations.
Driven by a passion for integrating the principles of positive psychology with evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I bring a unique approach to my practice.
