I am a neurodivergent wellbeing specialist, trainer and consultant, supporting individuals of all neurotypes - with specialist expertise in autism and ADHD.

With a Master’s Degree in Behaviour Change and over a decade of experience across health, social care and education, I combine evidence-based psychology with lived experience to help people create meaningful, sustainable change. My work draws on positive psychology, PERMA, behaviour change science and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and is always practical, person-centred and grounded in real life.

I work in three interconnected ways:

1:1 Specialist Support – Supporting individuals aged 16+ to deepen self-understanding, manage energy and executive function, build resilience and work with their brains rather than against them.

Training & Facilitation – Delivering bespoke workshops, webinars and training programmes, including the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (Tier 2 Lead Trainer), helping organisations develop confident, inclusive and psychologically informed practice.

Consultancy & Co-Production – Partnering with services, employers and local authorities to design environments that genuinely support neurodivergent people and ensure lived experience meaningfully shapes systems.

While I support individuals across the full spectrum of neurological profiles, I have particular expertise in autism and ADHD. As an autistic person with ADHD myself, I understand the nuance behind the labels. This includes the sensory load, cognitive load, masking, strengths, creativity and deep thinking that often sit beneath the surface. My lived experience does not replace evidence-based practice; it strengthens it.

My approach is warm, structured and empowering. I believe wellbeing is not about fixing people, it is about creating the right conditions for them to thrive.

Through Wellbeing Whizz, I bridge the gap between individuals and systems -  helping people feel understood, and helping environments become more understanding.
