Individual Wellbeing Coaching and Support

Support That Meets You Where You Are

I provide personalised 1:1 wellbeing coaching and support, tailored to your needs. This can be a single session for clarity and reflection, or part of a structured programme designed around your goals.

People come to me for a wide range of reasons — from feeling overwhelmed or stuck, to navigating workplace pressures, executive function challenges, burnout, or life transitions. My approach is practical, grounded in behaviour change science and informed by lived experience, helping you understand how your brain works so you can develop strategies that support real life.

Specialised Coaching for Neurodivergent Adults

I provide specialist coaching for neurodivergent adults, with particular expertise in autism and ADHD.

Many clients come to me navigating executive function challenges, sensory overwhelm, workplace pressures, rejection sensitivity (RSD), communication differences or late diagnosis. Together, we explore how your brain works — identifying strengths, patterns and friction points — and develop practical strategies that reduce cognitive load and increase clarity and confidence.

This may include building sustainable routines, managing energy, understanding emotional responses, navigating workplace dynamics, strengthening communication or developing systems that support both wellbeing and professional life.

As someone who is autistic and has ADHD, I understand the nuance behind these experiences — the masking, the overthinking, the shutdowns, the emotional intensity, the exhaustion of trying to “get it right.” Lived experience does not replace professional training, but it does mean you don’t have to spend sessions explaining what masking, shutdown or cognitive overload feel like.

My approach is neuro-affirming, structured and grounded in behaviour change science. The aim is not to fix you — but to help you work with your brain in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

If you have been awarded autism or ADHD coaching through Access to Work, this service can be delivered under that funding.

The difference between stand alone 1-2-1 coaching and a coaching package

I offer flexibility, because not everyone needs the same level of support.

You can book a standalone 1:1 session with no obligation to continue. This can be helpful if you want space to think something through, gain clarity on a specific challenge, or experience how we work together. Standalone sessions can also be purchased in blocks at a reduced rate if you know you would like a series of individual sessions without committing to a full programme.

For those wanting more structured support, I offer bespoke coaching programmes designed around specific goals. Many clients choose a 12-week framework, which allows time for reflection, implementation and meaningful progress — but delivery is flexible and adapted to your capacity and circumstances.

If your needs sit somewhere in between, we can build something together that fits. The focus is always on creating the right level of structure and support for you.
