The difference between stand alone 1-2-1 coaching and a coaching package
What sets booking through me apart is the flexibility I offer. You have the option to arrange a one-off session with no commitment to further appointments. In these sessions, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to openly discuss any concerns related to your well-being, using an integrated and person-centered approach.
If you have a specific area you want to work on, I also offer longer coaching programs where we can invest more time together, focusing on your goals and providing the necessary support to help you achieve them.
