Weekly Words of Whizzdom

Positive quotes are very popular these days, and usually resonate with many people on many different levels. So over the next few weeks I’m going to share some, but also talk a little bit about it. Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.

 

Very sound advice, as what has happened before has already been and gone. We can’t change that. no matter how much we might want to. What we CAN do, however, is understand and accept that going forward, it’s what we do NOW that will have an impact on the rest of our lives.

Want to have healthier eating habits, but previously have always resorted to the same behaviours?

Does your confidence and sense of self worth stem from how you have been treated in the past?

Do you act a lot on autopilot because, well, that’s how you’ve always done things and find it difficult to change?

If nothing changes, nothing changes!

Our past experiences influence our day to day behaviour whether we’re aware of it or not. We might be mentally living in a world that simply doesn’t exist anymore but we’re so used to it, even our thoughts are on autopilot.
