Weekly Words of Whizzdom: I don’t know where I’m going but I’m on my way!

Hello and welcome to another weekly words of Whizzdom!

I realise I’ve only got two left after this, I don’t know where the time has gone but here we are.

Most people like to have goals but forming them can be difficult, as well as building and maintaining the habits needed to reach them. If this sounds familiar to you, or the organisation you belong to, get in touch and see how I can help!

Sometimes we don’t know where we’re going. We might have a goal or an idea, but then there are confounding variables in the environment that aren’t within our control. So, what can we control? If er develop, nurture and maintain positive habits where we are prioritising our own health and wellbeing above all, then wherever we are headed we know that we are making the best possible choices ready to meet our desired outcome as the best version of ourselves possible. So if you’re going to take anything from this, may it be that we don’t always know where we’re going to end up but we can make the journey as fulfilling as possible by developing self-awareness, a growth mindset and thinking about the habits we need to have in place now to be the version of ourselves and reap the rewards that we want to.
